The Access to Level 3 Programme is a one year course for students who achieve grade 3s in GCSE English and Maths. The course provides you with the opportunity to boost your grades from GCSE, pursue new learning and prepare for your next step at Post-16. Following the Access to Level 3 programme, you can move onto Level 3 A-Level, BTEC and CTEC courses at Post-16, go to college, or start an apprenticeship
For students that do not achieve a grade 4 in English language or Literature, Futura Sixth will ensure they continue with access to English and support re-sit opportunities throughout their Sixth Form education supporting them to gain the GCSE before completing their studies.

If you are wanting to extend your study of mathematics beyond GCSE, but are not looking to study a full A Level in mathematics, then core maths is for you! The emphasis in this mathematical study is in the application that maths has to real life and it will also help you with the maths in your other subjects, such as psychology, geography and the sciences.
